Greetings. One of my friend's is having some litigation problem and

currently it is taking a bad shape and he might go for a trial. As

the time is running out now for him, I would like to know (a very

pin-point answer and a remedy) the following.

 

1. Will he ultimately end-up in an imprisonment? If so, how long?

2. If NO to Q1 above, then how long this situation will stretch?

3. Any remedies?

Dear member,

 

If committed mistake, he will definitely penalize for the same.

 

How remedies will help him, if he had committed sin / mistake.

 

as per rule, if there is malefics in 2, 5, 9 and 12th houses or aspected by

malefics, then there will be definite imprisonment.

 

Here Mars in 9th house aspecting 12th house and Moon in Mars constellation is in

2nd house.  5th house aspected by debilitated sun and the offence committed by

your client would be of doing things with high intelligent way of comitting

mistakes.  (Mercury and Ketu)  

 

Since Jupiter is aspecting the 2nd house, there is a possibility of bail, and

delayed punishment.

he might either get imprisonment or have major losses related to this case. This

period in any case would last upto 2013.

 

The remedy is to try a settlement outside (if possible) by facing position or

financial losses rather than going for a major issue. His life is going to come

to a new start now, a zero u may say from where he has to build it again, so it

would be better to lose in a area which causes position loss in career or

financial losses (make changes by using free will), as these can be attained

again and also more easily than lost name.

 

Astrologically - he should donate to beggars and people rickshaw pullers or

sweepers(any brown articles including wheat) and feed the cows, also do

something for the mother, does not matter if she is alive or dead. Also, every

Saturday he should burn a oil lamp near water places at home.

 

Please let me if this person is wearing any gemstones.
