With regard the strength of 2h,The following chart is given as an example:

Nov15,1942,22.05 hrs (IST) 78E17,28N02,CANCER rising with retrograde

and Vargottama Jupiter, ALand DPin 3H, Upa-pada with Moon and Ketu

in 8H.She was married on Nov29/30, 1962 and marriage is still prospering.

 

Upapada is aspected by all planets either by sign or planetary aspect.

2H from upapada is Pisces sign which is  aspected by Jupiter along with 7H.

 

2H from AL/DP IS AGAIN ASPECTED BY ALL PLANETS EXCEPT Jupiter.

Sun is AK and Venus is Amk but are in Cazimi ie wthin 17 " (sec.) arc

ln Libra and thus Venus not only in Charkarka replacement with AK but becomes

powerful (its blemish of being combust is not operative and Debilitation of Sun

is also cancelled by Venus , Mars
