Dear Astrologers,

Please reply if someone knows of any dictum on this.

If Mars is exalted in Rasi Chart in Capricorn and Debilited in Navamsa

with Moon and Ketu in Aries, Does the Ruchaka yoga still apply?

Sepcifically when Moon and Mars together in Cancer is considered bad.

Also, for Lordship of scorpio, if both Mars and Ketu are together, what

rule is to be followed. Other rules like one with more companions and

one with more drishtis fail in this case.

To be precise, if Mars and Ketu are together and the AK is in

Sagitarius in Navamsa (with Scorpio being Empty), which diety (Lord

Ganesha or Lord Subramaniam) be advised to be prayed to native for

Moksha?

Best Regards,

Seeker
