In my Navamsa chart, both Mars and Ketu are placed in Cancer rasi with moon being 3rd planet. Thus, rules like a) One with more no. of plananets and one having more aspects from Ju, Me and Depositor do not work. I know of two more dictums which are not helping me decide. a) Mars is debilited in Cancer with Moon. So, Ke should be Lord. b) Ke is less advanced in Cancer (~10') as compared to Mars (~23'), so, Mars should be lord. Which rule to be given more preference. I personally believe its Ketu but still like to confirm. Finally, the question in concern is for lordship of scorpio, which is the 12th House to AK in Navamsa. Since, Scorpio is empty in Navamsa, thus will it be right to pray following for spirituality and Moksha? a) Pray to Lord Hanuman & Lord Narsimha , if Mars has the lordship. b) Pray to Lord Ganesha for Ketu Lordship. For Ishta Devata, The yoga of Mars and Ketu can it's work. I mean there are many forms of deities with merged significances. These are one's own individual explorations. Having said that, You can commence with Ganesha worship. Usually debilitated grahas can give late results with difficulty and indicate Mother for diety.
