Guest guest
Dear Sirs, I want to discuss extremely imp this with you. I have got an offer from an MNC as Regional Business Development manager. But the offer is for North India and position is in Gurgaon, India. Currently I am working with a reputed Apparel company in bangalore( South)India. Now there are follwoing advantages: 1. New company is a much bigger company.Better salary 2. It may give future opportunities outside India. 3. Its a more professioanl and systematic company. Disdvantages: 1. I have to leave my father and sisters. And thats the biggest and most tough decision. Re-locating to gurgaon means I will have to settle down there with my wife. My father will feel bad and will be alone. My elder sister marriage is due and mother passed away in feb only. All those things is making me to think and dont know what to do. 2. I don't know whether I can live with my wife alone as we end up fighting so much. Currently because of my father and sisters at least we control our fights. 3. But the most imp thing is whether this opprotunity is good for my career as i dont know whether I can get into this company in future if I leave the offer. This year my company in bangalore has assured and committed verbally me for a hike and promotion by December. But the biggest thing is new company - A Very good company and on the other hand Father and sisters alone in Bangalore. Please suggest me what shall I do as I am in a total fix and not able to make a decision. I have told my father that i'll go for now and in future if his existing business grows and he becomes stable in Bangalore I can come back in 1-2 years and if business doesnt grow he can think of moving to gurgaon. Need your help Gurujis.
