Lagna is Virgo:

1st child - 5th from there - Taurus, Lord Venus is in Virgo, even

number sign hence the first was a Girl Child.

2nd child - counting further 3 from Taurus, Pisces - Lord Jupiter is

in Aries with Mercury. Aries is masculine, Mercury (Neuter) would be

indecisive.

First Child - Counting 5 backwards to Taurus, Lord Venus is placed in

Virgo even sign - so the first was Girl child.

 

Second child - Counting 3 more from Taurus - Pisces, lord Jupiter is

placed in Aries with Mercury. Aries odd sign signifies masculine, with

Mercury(Neuter) indecisive here.

 

So you should expect a boy to be born next.

 

Usually Rahu (in Taurus) would put a stop in the sequence of children
