Krishna, Thanks for the feedback on the co-ordinates. The software has so many options that one can completely go awry. Normally the first option should be for the most important place, or the well known place. Hopefully after Jagannath Hora becomes open source in 2007 (Narasimha has promised to implement this), we can have many of these changes with the world community of astrologers adding to its growth. In the meantime, we have another more accurate time from another source which seems to be very authentic as it is also said to have been quoted in the Deccan Herald Newspaper. This is at 2.15 am IST giving a navamsa lagna in Gemini. I always felt that the navamsa lagna could be Taurus but need to study the chart more before any final decision. If you have any information on the dates of birth of the Pakistan Team players, manager etc, please post them to me at sanjayrathBoth charts have been added to the blog. -- Posted By Pt.Sanjay Rath to Rath's Rhapsody at 3/27/2007 03:44:00 PM

Respected Sanjay Rath ji,

Thanks for acknowledging my mail on this subject.

In fact, myself and one more person were having a debate on

another forum whether 2:15am is the correct time or 2:30am for

Bob Woolmer. I felt 2:30am is the most appropriate for the

following reasons:

1. With 2:15 am and Kumbha lagna, Sukra is not a strong maraka,

where as Sukra's status as a maraka dramatically improves with

lagna being Meena.

2. With Meen lagna, Guru would be in the 10th (own house)

aspecting Sun, Mars and Venus. This would indicate the

profession as a coach in the sports field.

3. The period of death for 2:30 am would be Sukra-Sani-Sani-Rahu

for 2:30 am. Involvement of Rahu indicates unnatural death.

Please note that both Sukra and Sani aspect both Lagna and

Chandra from the 7th house in Navamsa.

4. An afflicted Moon in Paapakaratari and a retro Jupiter

aspecting the 6th house of diseses indicates diabetes. It is

well known that Bob was suffering from type-2 diabetes.

Please let me know if my reasoning is correct.

Regards,

Krishna
