Guest guest
Dear Members, Namaskar, Following Pt.Sanjay Rath's teachings, I have been considering any major relationship, where two persons involved consider themselves as fully committed (as Draupathi's case in Mahabharata), representing a upapada lagna instead of A7. My question pertains to the cases where same couple undergoes multiple marriage ceremonies. Should we consider the next UL after the second marriage ceremony? For example, some couples have children together first and then undergo a religious ceremony for marriage (Say, Kamal Hassan - Sarika, Tom Cruise - Katie Holmes). In this case, since they had a child together, from jyotish point of view they can already be considered as married. Would the UL change when the same couple undergoes religious or legal ceremony for marriage later? In another case, a couple have legally married under civil law and began living the married life. After some years, their elders agreed to their union and had a religious ceremony for wedding. Again, does the UL change due to multiple ceremonies with the same person? I greatly appreciate the views of the learned members. Pardon my ignorance if I asked about something obvious. Regards, SK
