JAI SRIRAM Dear Guruji, From the following http://srath.com/mantra/index.php?blog=8 & cat=37 and attached jpg picture shows in the feet of of Ma Kali,is it Lord Shiva? Upto my knowledge,Lord Shiva has won the battle with Ma Kali,while dancing and it happens when Lord Shiva uplifts his leg over the ear. And also Lord Shiva is the satva moorthi and Bhairava is the ugra moorthi.Simillarly Goddess Uma devi is satva moorthi and Ma Kali is ugra moorthi. Thanks, S.Venkatesh

If I could offer this explanation, as per my knowledge

The picture of Lord Shiva lying under the feet of Kali Ma represents Shiva as the passive potential of creation and Kali as his Shakti/Shadow. The generic term Shakti is the universal feminine creative principle and the energizing force behind all male divinity including Shiva. It is she that powers him. Devi Shakti is expressed as the i in Shiva's name. Without this i, Shiva becomes Shva, which in Sanskrit means a corpse. Thus suggesting that without his Shakti, Shiva is powerless.
