Sani and Ketu shows problem with ancestors which can give problems in finances. But I don't know if Saturn is automatically weak when conjunct Ketu, nullifying any other factors above. I only found one prominent chart with Saturn Ketu conjunction, LK Advani, Saturn aspects 11th from AL. But I am not sure what wealth Advani has. So cannot say what effect Ketu has on Saturn regarding this. But he is known to be a strong character and hardliner. I have both the combinations. See, Saturn's results can't be predicted with precision. Saturn sometimes even though benefic may give malefic results. The reason could be multifold; if your current conduct is not rightousness, if yu drink, eat non-vegetarian food etc. I never ate non-vegetarian food, but I used to drink very often during my Saturn Mahadasha. You need to check the financial sambandha of Saturn with 11th lord from AL to see if Saturn would really like to give gains during its period. The state of Saturn (exaltation/deblitation/friendly/enemical) will indicate the amount of gains it can provide during its period. So roughly worldwide one in a million people are billionaires. You would therefore need to have chart which is one in a million as far as financial yogas are concerned. Or if we are talking about simply millionaires, then you need a chart with 1 in a hundred thousand rarity. These are the key points in no particular order: Sun Moon Jupiter Subapati 2nd, 5th , 11th and 9th houses, their lords 2nd and 11th from Arudha lagna Hora lagna Hora chart Dasamsa chart Navamsa chart Artha Saham Rare yogas like Graha Malika Yoga Mahayogadas Exaltation or Debilitation of key planets in Rasi and vargas Darakaraka Atmakaraka There should be strong and recurring connections between all these points above. For movable and fixed signs you don`t count two ownerships when Saturn is in Capricorn (movable) and Aquarius (fixed). When in a dual sign Saturn aspects another three dual signs, not four.
