Last Saturn-Ketu conjunction in Leo - 1802 - Significance?

I did a bunch of calculations and some trial and error, and there was a Saturn-Ketu conjunction in Leo in 1802 - approximately on September 10, 1802 on the 20th degree of Leo. Jupiter was also in Leo then. I dont think there have been any other Saturn-Ketu conjunctions in Leo between then and now, but I may be wrong.. This time, the Saturn-Ketu conjunction in Leo is somewhere in October (2007) and is on the 10th degree of Leo. Venus is also in Leo then. Wonder if anyone would like to give the significance of the year 1802? Does it stand out in any way - world politics, catastrophes, wars etc? Thanks Sundeep
