what happens if bhava lord goes to 9th from lagna but 8th from itself.

namaste gurus, kindly tell me that if lord of bhav goes to 9th from lagna and 8th from it self. then whats the prediction , is it bad or good. for example -in taurus lagna 2nd lord mercury in 9th bhava.and karak jupiter in 12th bhava .please explain this equation for financial theme. thanks., dheeraj
