Guest guest
hraum namah adityaya Dear Tijana, No, because we want to increase/gain qualities of Surya so 'namah' is before name. Regards Rafal Gendarz Elementy potencjalnie niebezpieczne zosta³y zablokowane. Dear Tijana, My mantra is the exact form which Sanjayji gave. Sanjayji specifically taught about the difference between namah on the end, and namah on the beginning. Its Hraum Namah Adityaya. Of course OM is Bhagavan and can be always add. Regards Rafal Gendarz Elementy potencjalnie niebezpieczne zosta³y zablokowane. Om Gurave Namah Dear Rafal, I was thinking about greeting mantra while looking mails from ex sisya. It came to my mind that you should add pranava to it-om hraum adityaya namah. Guest guest
Hraum namah Vivasvate Dear Tijana and Rafal, as you can remember from Guruji's lecture in Novi Sad Hraum is ha (akasa bija) + ra (agni bija) + om so why to add om? Best wishes, Voja
Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Dear Voya, Thank you for your inputs. It`s not incorrect also to say that this mantra consists of: Ha+ra+au+m; au is Sadashiva, m is bindu. There`s also hrum bija in Agni/Surya mantras as a combination of hum (damana bija) and ram (agni bija). My thoughts were going along the line of number of aksharas. With hraum bija (and without om) mantra has eight syllables which means that the mantra devata sits in the 12th house which is the most unfavourable place for Agni devata... More inputs on this delicate subject of mantra shastra are mostly welcomed. Guest guest
hraum namah adityaya Dear Tijana, I doubt that Sanjayji would give bad mantra. Hraum is hram (also used for Surya mantras) + om. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Dear Rafal, I`m sure he wouldn`t. It`s one syllable. Thank you for patience in this confusion of mine.
