Guest guest
hraum namah adityaya Dear Soul sadhak, There is a difference between controling house, and house from which we see sex, relation, life and character of child. For odd sign we always see fifth bhava, no matter what is the sex of native. But the controling house for women will be always ninth bhava both in D1 & D7. Regards, Rafal Gendarz Sri Jagannath Center Guru email: rafal Jyotish pages: www.rohinaa.com Soul Sadhak napisał(a): Hi All, Please can someone clarify this confusion i percieve: Varga Chakra pg.225 says that: "In male charts, the 5th house is the controlling house fro children, whilest in female charts it's the 9th." which i think refers to saptamsa chart, as mentioned in one of the websites: http://srath. com/lessons/ advanced/ saptamsa. htm "For a male nativity, the first child is determined by the lord of the 5th house from Saptamsa Lagna, whereas for a female nativity, the first child is determined from the lord of the 9th house from Saptamsa Lagna." However, Varga Chakra pg. 227 (ref Chart 88 female saptamsa) takes 5h for first child ("Lagna is again odd sign, and the counting starts from the fifth house") - and in context to Chart 90 (female saptamsa) it says on pg 230 "As Saptamsa Lagna is an eve sign, the reckoning of children starts from the ninth house". So while counting wrt odd/even applies here same as it wud apply for co-borns in D-3, where/how does the first statement regarding 5h for male D-7 chart and 9h for female D-7 chart as 1st child fit in? Thank You. SoulSadhak
Guest guest
hraum namah adityaya Dear Soulsadhak, Controling house shows fortune related to children, overall benefit from children. While Maraka to this shows unfortune, so when lord of pregnancy is there it will give miscarriage or similar problem. Also what shd be inferred from the foll lines: "For a male nativity, the first child is determined by the lord of the 5th house from Saptamsa Lagna, whereas for a female nativity, the first child is determined from the lord of the 9th house from Saptamsa Lagna." i.e. what shd we try to determine here re. the first child from 9th hs for female D-7.
