how to determine physical features of person

Namaste jyotisis, i have a query regarding skin texture, height,colour etc like physical features. how to determine this in horoscope, as it will prove helpful in rectification of birth time and also prove to be excellent , intersting excercise for those astro lovers who observe it practically. i have seen a girl with aries ascendant and libra navansha.she is very fair. her skin is like smooth velvette. how it is possible that lagna lord mars is giving her so fine skin.but actually this quality should be shown by venus.can it means that her navanha lord venus is overriding mars as far as physical features are concerned.Also it is said venus is litle dark in colour.I am confused.please explain all other related things like height, weight, skin colour, skin quality.also tell

whether planet sitting in lagna or in moons rasshi can also alter physical features too. thanks,
