I dont know how accurate the birth time is and therefore I dont think it is appropriate to dive into the vargas. But here is my observations from Rasi and I think they should be the starting point for the native. 1. You asked when the native changes his job and will that be to their linking? The native is running Sa pratyantar dasa who is the 10th lord and in marana Karaka sthana. This Sa is also debilitated and Retrograde in Navamsa and the native is in the 36th year. Obviously the native does not feel very comfortable in the present job scenario, but the situation is this that if we dont remedy this placement of both the 10th lords Ra and Sa then we cant run away from this experience so we must remedy that one. The karaka for the 10th house is mercury and he is exhalted in the 5th house and is the 5th and 2nd lord, so i could say the native should wear an emerald on middle finger of the right hand. 2. There is a severe curse of mother on the lagna of the native and that is not allowing the beautiful gaja kesari yoga to give results. The moola dasa of the Ra is on and that can cause the curse to fructify. Since Sa is retrograde there is little chance for a remedy there but we can try The remedy for that in the worship of lord shiva(su). 3. There is a severe sarpa badhaka in the chart with Rahu joining the badhaka sthana. That needs to be remedied as per the schematic given in Prasna Marga or you can refer to Visti Ji's book. It is offering 9 small eggs made of gold to a shiva temple typically on the vedic Janama tithi of the native. 4. Ra and Ma are malefics and they joining in the 9th house can cause problems to the bhagya of the native, Since Ma is exhalted because of its Avashtha he will not cause much trouble but Ra will. The remedy is in the worship of a Guru and since Guru is placed in an even sign I would say Dattatreya as Guru with Kleem DattaGuru Mantra. Now to your question of when the job will change:- In the Rasi chart VD from moon since Moon is in lagna itself, we can see the native is running Ra-Moon-Sa period. Ra is 10th lord, Mo joins Sa so they will exhange results and Sa is the 10th lord itself so I can say there can be a job change till 1 sept this year. I casted a TPC for the last year and the placement of the Hora lord in the 10th house and being Ma a lot of digbala also. Ma will start in the TAD scheme from 29 July to 24 Aug and I would suspect a job change. This Marana Karaka situation of the LL should stop its effect on the 1st of Sept when the Sani PD finishes. So to summerise we need to strengthen Me, Su and Guru. So I would recommend it like this, since Me and Su are joined I would say Rama as he is connected with the Surya Avatar of Vishnu. So worship Sri Rama with the mantra " Sree Rama Jai rama Jai Jai Rama " . Start your worship by meditating on Dattatreya as Guru with the foresaid Mantra.
