Dear Bojan,

I agree that UK is not exactly North but NW from India.

I was trying to analyse why this happened..and applying the 4th from AL rule to show support and physical direction. But apparently this doesnt work, unless the planet has digpala, which Ju in 4th doesnt..it may have some 12th from Lagna..but I am not applying that here. Thus Ju will not indicate the direction of travel in my case.

So I was running Ju-Mo that time, then will Mo indicat the NW direction? Mo is also in 12H in dasamsa showing foreign opportunity; perhaps that can explain it.

Dear Bojanji,

To clear our doubt:

There is difference between those two approach (L and AL). Infact in

that paper, Sanjayji used it only from Lagna, for direction of energy

also connected to work/status (dikpala Devatas in Dasamsa area). From

AL we should stick to Kendra only.

||Om Gurave Namah||Dear Sharat ji, Namaskar1. As Rafal mentioned it rightly that there is a difference between digbala from Lagna and Arudha lagna.Planet in digbala from the lagna bring the blessings of the digpala deity associated with it, and with the blessings of that deity the direction of Karma yoga will fructify in that direction.like in your chart Jupiter in 12th have some digbala associated with it. The karma associated with jupiter can be teacher, jyotish, judge etc. Since you have relocted yourself the focus of the chart has moved to 12th house. Now jupiter is behaving as though he is in lagna. Now knowingly or unknowingly your *namah shivaya* mantra also have brought you the blessing of Shiva on to you and put you on the path of sprituality, jyotish etc.. It has activated that jupiter. This can be more direct or intense if you can do the Ishan Shadakshari *Om Namah Shivaya* because Isaan is the digpala associated with jupiter. Bowing to Shiva with Namah mantra is important to keep that jupiter doing miracle for you.2. Yes Moon represent NW direction. I have noticed that Moon is in 3rd from AL in D-10 but I have no clues if we can use that as indicator of direction of your travel. You said you moved out in Jup-Mon dasa, which dasa are you using? Dear Ajay,

Thanks for your thoughts.

1.Agree that Ju is perhaps acting as if in lagna, leading me to my karmic direction and am sure that has led me to jyotish. The trigger which brought about this was the transit of nodes in October 2006, as Rahu transited my natal Sun(AK).

The karma I do is ' healing ' being a super-specialist medical consultant.

I seek Lord Shiva's blessings with Panchakshri as I wanted to make my 5H in dasamsa auspicious,as I had been undergoing instability for the first time in career, upon re-location ( likely due to kantaka shani). Mars being the yogada in Rasi, also lords 5H in dasamasa, it is also conjunct with a strong Ju in Navamsa. Hence the panchakshri.

I was told that I can add *Om* sometime later but I believe the shadakshri is more for going towards a path of renunciation, do correct me if I am wrong on this but VRA also mentions this.

I do believe Lord Shiva will guide me further, to a Guru..though it has not happened yet.

It for this reason that I had asked on the group whether *Namah Shivaya* is two words (as per VRA) or one word for it changes the origin and destination of the mantra. Rafal had opined that Sanjay ji has emphasized that it is two words and not one.

2. I use Chaturaseeti sama dasa ( it works very well, even in Vargas) ), so I moved in Ju-Mo (Apr 2005), also fits well with ND in Rasi Ca-Ca.

Currently Ch Sa Dasa is Ju-Ma and also ND of D10 is Saggitarius, some more changes are on the cards in the next couple of months and am hoping for more stability esp as Shani has now moved to Leo.

Appreciate your thoughts.

Best

||Om Gurave Namah||Dear Sharat ji, Namaskar1. Yes definitely, Shadakshari will take you more on the spiritual path.2. *Namah Shivaya* is 2 words, and there is no doubt about it. Guruji has shared some brilliant understanding on Shiva Purana during the Jaimini course. It has been a wonderful experience for me and all of us who joined Jaimini Updesh Sutras in Almorah.
