effects of gems in different fingers

I am trying to understand the effects of different gems in different fingers. I see people wearing the gems in different and not the same gem in one particular finger. For example i see people wearing emerald in little finger as well as in ring finger. diamond in middle as well as the index finger. Really dont understand which one is correct concept. I understand from the aura's basics tht each finger carries one color code. Then putting a different color code for the finger not meant for it should be creating aura imbalance i guess which would result in gem not favourable for him.

 

Can somebody clarify on this please.

Dear Bharat,

I am not a Guru, so my information may be flawed. What I have

learned here is that each finger stands for one of the trikonas.

Index finger for Moksha trikona, Middle finger for Artha Trikona,

Ring finger for Dharma Trikona, little finger for Kaama Trikona. If

you have planets in these trikonas that need strengthening, then

wear the appropriate gem in the above mentioned finger of the right

hand. Left hand is used for reducing the influence of the planet.

Generally, no gems are ever recommended on the index finger since it

also rules Ahamkara. Mantra is advised (in SJC) instead, for those

planets.

 

Also, as I understand it, gems come under tan-tra i.e controlling

the " tan " or body. So in general, I believe the gemstone you wear in

your right hand should also be in good naisargika (tatkaalika too?)

sambandha to your lagna (and?/or?) your lagna lord. Questions marks

indicate doubt in my mind..
