Dear Sarbani,

 

Thank you so much for responding. In the context of what you have

written, would it be correct to assume that if a planet is strong and

aspecting its house, we have the permission to approach the avatar form

otherwise, we need to invoke the blessings from the adhi-devata level to

first attain knowledge of the graha.
