Kaliyuga's 1st charana

Hello AllThese questions may sound stupid but i guess these are valid questions.When initiating the pooja we read as kaliyuga prathama charana etc. I was wondering how would we know if the second charana has started. Who would declare that. Is some form/avatar going to take place. Is there any possibility to use the software in guessing tht a powerful man will be born because of so and so graha combinations etc. Because kaliyuga requires a fierce man and i guess kaalki wouldnt be coming until the end of yuga. But there must be some cleansing done for the world to go into second charana. is it possible to predict these things. It is said that in kaliyuga we can get blessings very easily compared to other yuga's. Isnt there any indication from astrology that a person could

have born who might be doing such a thing. Because earlier times they used to predict looking at the stars but now a days nothing of tht sort can be heard. How would we predict something of an unusual sort of thing. RegardsBharat
