Does this man actually suffer from Black magic?

Namaksar All,

 

I am giving the birth details of a boy.His father and mother are very

much worried about his behaviour.He refuses to take responsibility and

has also fallen into bad company.Please comment when the situation is

likely to improve.His parents are not getting him married for the this

purpose as they feel they would be spoiling some girl's life.

 

Also is he a victim of black magic? If yes , what remedies can be

performed and when can relief be expected?
