House, Karaka for hearing and processing of heard information?

Dear all,

I'm hearing a lot about Attention Deficit Disorder these days, and

children who dont properly process what was heard and hence have a

poor ability to follow a teacher's instructions. Which house, varga

and karaka should I look at to understand more about this?
