Longevity and Maharishi's statement-Visti Jee

Namaskar Visti jee,

 

yes, i quoted that wrong owing to a confusion wwhich is as follows.I

have a chart where sun is in lagna in tula in Rasi.However in Bhava

chart, it is in Vyaya Bhava.Can we still apply Maharishi's statement

here.

 

Degree wise sun is 0.49' Libra

and Lagna is 19 deg 45' libra
