Guest guest
] Dear ASTROLOGERS, We should be thank full to our guruji Pt. Sanjay Rath for showing the right direction on the controversy of Ayanamsa. In fact, their is a controversy on account of lack of understanding of astronomical principles. What Pt. RATH has suggested can be reduced in form of followng universal equation for calculating AYANAMSA: AYANAMSA = Tropical Logitude oF star CITRA(SPICA 16) - 180 DEG. CORRECT tropical longitude of any star along the Ecliptic depends on correct location of V.E.POINT on zodiac. In accordance with a resolution adopted by the IAU,The Fifth Fundamental catalogue(FK- 5) WAS COMPILED.At the current time the differece between the observed and catalogue values is thought to be less than 0.04sec. only. In human history such prision was never obtained.Other Ayanamsa values are now becomes irrlevent. Dear Pt. Rath , I request you to persuade Mr. Narshimaji to include True Chitra Pakchhya Ayanamsa on the basis of above equation in JH-HORA software. Guest guest
Namaste Sri GoeljiI remember your session in the 2006 Delhi Conference in which we had to make a correction of 57 seconds to get True Chitra Ayanamsa, and Jhora is using the lahiri Ayanamsa and not the True Chitra Ayanamsa. You had also explained that each year, a value is given for this correction. Is there a table of values given for correction for each year, from the date of incorporation of the Lahiri Ayanamasa? Thanks and Regards BharatOn 10/24/07, Gopal Goel <gkgoel1937 wrote: Dear Mr. Visti, JH-HORA uses Lahiri Ayanamsa as true Chitra Ayanamsa. Even according to lahiri Ephemeris Sidereal longitude of citra is shone as 179deg59min 03sec. thus a correction of 57 sec. is required. Astrologers can not find Tropical longitude of Citra easily , thus this feature needs to be introduced in JH-HORA. regards,G.K.GOELPh: 09350311433Add: L-409, SARITA VIHAR NEW DELHI-110 076INDIA Chat on a cool, new interface.
