Guest guest
SS, Ishta Devta does not change despite AK replacement.Since your first AK continues to be primary AK.This has been explained by guruji. However since other devatas are more to do with material plane , they may change . Experts can opinionate on this Regards, Subbu --- Soul Sadhak <soulsadhak wrote: > Dear All, > > Please can u advise whether one shd change the > Ishta, Dharma and Palana > devata following chakaraka replacement b/w AK and > AmK. > > Likewise wud one need to change the deity associated > with BK, if that > undergoes CK-replacement? > > Many thanx > SS > > > > > >
Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah! Subbu ji Thanks for your suggestions. SS and I discussed the issue earlier. I also have the same confusion: Should I pray to the new Ista Devata after AK replacement or continue with the earlier one? Originally my AK was Sun with Ista Devta Goddess Laxmi. Now I have Moon as AK with Ketu in KK; Lord Ganesha is Ista Devata. Moreover Ketu is in my 5th house. To one of my earlier posts, Guru Sanjay ji adviced me to develop deep bhakti for Ganesh (i.e. Ketu being in 5th house). Moreover Ketu is said to be mokhsa karaka. So, I am not sure if I should take Lord Ganesh as Ista devata now or continue to pray Ma Laxmi as Ista devata. I will appreciate kind suggestions/advices from learned gurus.
