marriage

and is worshipped in every household by married women and without her

India, it has become a fad to differentiate the forms of Lakshmi, such

as Dhana Lakshmi and associate her with the begetting of money and

the goddess as a mother, as at least she will be perceived as a mother.

This is far more preferable then viewing one's wife from the angle of

monetary gains. And given the current and common perception of Lakshmi,

it is very likely that people would make this error of judgement. Hence

the advise of parvati was suggested.
