Guest guest
Namaste Sri SundeepIn 2006, I had suggested the following for you, here is a cut and paste:Namaste Sri Sundeep I am intruding to your post to Sri Visti. Emerald and Ruby combination shall suit you. Do not wear a Ruby alone but in combination with an Emerald. Emerald looks like the key stone for your chart. Please follow proper rules in buying and wearing gemstones. I shall mail them to you once you are keen on wearing them. Green Tourmaline is another stone that shall suit you. Aquamarine would also suit you but not good for money part so best to avoid it too. Blue Sapphire should not be worn. Amethyst can be worn but not now. It will be applicable later. Meanwhile, buy a geode of Amethyst and keep it on your work table. Wear a Mars and Ketu numerical Yantra in a tabeez and wear in the neck using red thread for mars and Kesari thread for Ketu. Chant Vishnushashtranama everyday. Thanks and RegardsBharatPlease inform if all of the above given measures were taken. Please take the following measures:1. Take of the pendant. Keep water in a copper vessel outside at night and on early morning of Wednesday of Shulka Paksha, wash the pendant with the same. 2. Take the pendant to a Lord Shiva Temple and ask Punditji to keep on the lingam while doing Rudrabhishekam. Chant Rudram along if you you can. 3. Wear the pendant after the Rudraabhishekam. Please check if the Emerald is not abraded or chipped. Emerald is very brittle and while making of the ring such things happen by inexperienced worksmen. Many of the traditional astrologers in India, believe that when a pet dies, especially a dog, a major problem that was to come on the household is averted. I do not know the logic of such a statement, but, many people insist the same. Mercury, is the 8th lord, but, it is in own house in the 5th house. This makes Mercury more keen on giving 5th house results. Secondly, Mercury is in the nakshatra of Jupiter, which is in the 6th house. This makes Mercury akin to a vipreet raja yoga and overcoming the effects of the 8th house through the role of the Jupiter. Therefore, the prayer to Lord Shiva before wearing the ring. Aquarius ascendant, Mercury 5, 8L vargottama in 5. As I've posted many times before, I continue to be in heavy debt in general. Cursed moon (DK), going through the period of the curse from 2001-2008 according to Moola dasha, also confirmed by Narayana Dasha. So one of the suggestions I had earlier gotten was to wear an emerald since Mercury I believe is " Yogi " (or " Duplicate Yogi " , I forget which). I know this is not a solution to the curse, for that I have discovered (and followed) a strong attraction to the Gayatri Mantra. When I wore an emerald (19 Dec 2007, 8:56am, San Jose, CA, USA) (5 rati emerlad, in a 22ct gold pendant, in a 22ct thin gold chain) after doing 1 mala of the Rg Veda mantra for mercury, the following things happened: 1) My daughter's existing cold turned out to be a very bad case of strep throat with lots of fever and pain, was put on antibiotics immediately 2) My son developed the same, didnt respond to antibiotics, eventually had to be switched to a powerful one to get cured (after several days of fever and pain) 3) My wife and I both developed the same infection, and then after my son didnt respond, we were told that the germ had mutated so we were probably all going to get it again 4) I got news from India that my Dad was sick (he is quite old, so the news is significant) 5) Again got news that my in-laws dog had suddenly died overnight (every one was quite attached to it, so it was a significant event) After that (about 4 days) i.e. all the above events and several sleepless nights, I took off the emerald. There was some minor financial good news while I was wearing the emerald, but other than that nothing else. Opinions? Was this (sicknesses) an effect of wearing the emerald? Due to the 8th lordship of Mercury? Thanks, Sundeep
Guest guest
Dear Bharatji, I remember your advice, thanks for reiterating it. I must admit I didnt fully comprehend the meaning of wearing the Emerald and Ruby together. I have kept your advice in mind though and I am still doing so (including the new information you have given me) but I am probably going to wait a bit before I act - I want to understand things a bit better. Guest guest
Namaskar Sundeep Bhai, For quite some time, I have not posted anything on this list though I read all the mails every morning. However, after going through your predicament, I am forced to share my experience with you. I have experimented with gems all throughout, and have reached to a conclusion when it comes to gems, there is more than what meets the eye. There is definitely something beyond the horoscope. I can show you so many cases when a particular planet was outright benefic as per all canons of jyotish shashtras, still the gem related to the benefic planet did not suit the native. After all my exploration, I am more than convinced that unless there is some kind of divine will, the gem will not suit you. Astrology and astrologer may be helpful, but both the elements are not the end-all when it comes to have the gems suit you. This is not to cast any aspersions on the erudition of any astrolger or gurus on this forums, but a fact I just want the senior astrologers to brood over. Whenever the gem does not suit a native, the astrologers may either say, " oh, the gem you brought may not have been of vedic quality " , or the 'muhurta in which you wore the gem was not good, so the gem did not suit you " . Now what is this " vedic quality gem " ? The gem dealers will zap you with all kinds of jargon, such as the gem should not be heat-treated, it should not be processed, and the vedic gems are very costly, so on and so forth. Well, fine! Since in my case almost every astrologer on the planet prescribes Blue Sapphire, I have tried wearing Blue Sapphire so many times and everytime I was left with disaster to face. And mind you the adverse effect was given within couple of hours of wearing the gem on every occasion. So this very senior astrologer told me that " try a vedic quality gem " . I contacted a gem dealer who has got quite a good reputation, and got a Ble Sapphire for almost three thousand US dollars. Belive me within three hours, it gave me such a disastrous effect that I was dealing with the aftermatch for almost three months. This left me so disappointed. When I narrate this to any astrologer, he immediately whips out a pen and paper and starts coming out several theories on why a Blue Sapphire won't suit me. It surprises me no end... Then somebody suggested you should wear Vedic quality Ruby. And when I enquired about vedic quality Ruby, I was told it would cost 7000 USD. I really do not get this... And mind you, my horoscope is correct, as my date of birth is recorded as correctly as was humanly possible during the era of my birth. Now, the following event happened about 10 years before. One of my colleagues was looking for a Blue Sapphire and since two carat Blue Sapphire was lying with me, I gave it to him. This stone was not of very inferior quality. I had got for Rs 600 per carat. I gave him, but I was sure that " it won't suit him as Blue Sapphire rarely suits anybody. " He wore that stone and to my utter shock, within 10 days of wearing the stone, he got a very fantastic break with a popular channel in India. After ten years, he still has the same Blue Sapphire and this guy is quite famous as an English news anchor in India. My point is this stone was not of " vedic quality " , and still it pulled him up beyond his wildest dreams. What could be reason? Is this whole claim of " vedic quality gem " is just a marketing gimmick? Even if argument sake we agree that to get tangible results, you need to have vedic quality gems, my question is how many of us can afford vedic quality gems? Against these facts, Sundeep Bhai, I want to request you to please do not get into the reasons for which the gem is not suiting you. Just accecpt the fact and resort to 'mantra jap' to burn your bad karmas. I am sure senior Gurus would hand-hold you on this... --- Bharat - Hindu Astrology <astrologyhindu wrote: > Namaste Sri Sundeep > > You may take as much time as you want before wearing > it again. Guest guest
Dear Nitish, You are probably correct in your reference to " Shiva " tattwa. I assume this is because of the Sun in the 5th correct? I believe that that is why I have taken to the Gayatri mantra. Does it not fulfil the purpose you say? In my personal experience, I have only done two mantras (i.e. consistently for a long period of time), " Om Namah Shivaya " and the Gayatri mantra. I started each one in a very sudden way and was unconsciously led to it. The problem with Om Namah Shivaya, while I strongly felt that it encouraged the renunciate in me and definitely made me more spiritual, I felt it was somewhat too harsh and quick and making me want to give up everything (and I have two young kids). The Gayatri mantra has been much more gentle and uplifting while slowly increasing awareness - it not only seems to affect me, but the environment around me too is more conducive. At least that is what I feel (I have switched off my logical thinking while writing the above).. So I dont really know how different " Namah Shivaya " would be.. Thanks Sundeep sohamsa , " yeeahoo_99 " <nitish.arya wrote: > > || OM TAT SAT || > Dear Sundeep, > I am putting forth a two points. > 1. Guest guest
Dear Bharatji, Thank you so much for giving me the detailed reasoning. I will spend some time absorbing it. And please dont think that I have even for a second felt that your advice was " wrong " . I did my own research too. I simply feel like I am about to get a deeper understanding through this experience with an emerald. There is obviously some experimentation involved here. I value your advice the same as I always did. I only posted to get more ideas and understand things better.. Guest guest
Namaste Sri ManojI have tried to demolish the thought of " Jyotish Quality Gemstones " in my many writings. I was attacked left right and center in a group which I left, cause I thought it was no point arguing on something which people have a knowledge block about. Sri Sundeep already knows through my writings that I have found the relevance of opaque gemstones too. However, I would still desist from using diffusion treated gemstones as they are artificially colored and we have no clue as to what their results would be. I personally have a collection of more than 150-200 gemstones of varied clarity and different sizes. I use them for research especially upon myself. I have specified the usage of different gemstones for different purposes on this forum. Such benefits I have experienced and so have my clients. Like Fire Opal is amazingly helpful in treating a very acidic stomach and indigestion. This has been found useful upon more than 25 of my clients. I used 3 Fire Opals for treating these clients. I used to reactivate the Fire Opal through different methods of reactivation for usage of different clients. When something is not known, you do not discard all research or leave the subject. If all science worked in a similar fashion, there wouldn't be any science. If something is not known, we have to work harder to know it. I have close to 3000 clients in India and have specified gemstones to at least 60% of them. Only twice have I received a feedback contrary to my suggestions. I accept this feedback as another learning experience and try and see where I went wrong. I have specified and used some uncommon gemstones such as Rhodolite, Red Garnet, Citrine, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Tourmaline - Green, Red, Chrome, etc, Chrysoberyl, Aquarmarine, Spinels, etc. I have also classified where and when to use them. Therefore, I ask users to show their frustration, but, do not dismiss this amazing subject just yet. A lot is yet to come. Guest guest
Namaskar Bharat Bhai, There is not a single sentence in your mail that I do not find myself agreeing. What you say is 100 per cent correct. I was only trying to make a point, sometimes it is very difficult to infer why a particular gem is not suiting a native. It is my sincere belief that God should will that a particular gem suits you. If there is no divine will, gems won't suit you. What I was saying, the astrologers can only interpret what is apparent in a horoscope. They can not peep into the realm of divinity; at least most of them can't although there are exceptions who can, and for these evolved souls do not need the horoscopes. Actually speaking, I consider you one of the most knowledgable person on ratna shashtra. I also do not discard gem shashtra; otherwise how would you explain the fact that I an still continuing to explore this arena. Recently, a very senior astrologer and guru (actually he is The Guru of this forum) has asked me to again try diamond and perhaps this evening I am going out to look for new diamond ring for myself. Although I have tried diamond in the past, it has not suited me. But I am still going to try because this Guru, I feel, has Saraswati residing on his tongue, and whatever he says turns out to be True. I am praying that this time with Guru's grace, diamond suits me. So this is my take on the whole issue. I would emphasize here that I concur (with quite reverence) with every word you have said in your mail. The content of my mail was not borne out of any frustration. I guess, I have gone beyond such feelings on astrology. All I meant was: Astrology works, and so does the gems. If they do not work in case of some individuals, it is the sweet will of the divinity. It has got nothing to do with the astrologer's competence. That's all. Thanks for responding to my mail.
