Rare case of baby with Williams syndrome

Hare Rama Krsna ||Dear Jyotishi,Attatched is a chart of a baby that has been diagnosed with Williams syndrome (a rare genetic disorder occurring in fewer than 1 in 7,500 live births). Can you please share your understanding on what combinations are present in the chart for this. Essentially DNA is not complete and the person will be mentally retarded.
