Dear FRIENDS,

Basically , this is a UPA collation Government. No doubt Congress is a major partner , having 153 members

out of required majority of 272 members in a house of 545 MP'S..

Dr. Manmohan Singh has taken oath of the office on May 22, 2004 at 17.32 pm at New Delhi.

I feel oath taking and India's independent Charts will be better indicator to predict the fate of Government.

Timing of formation of New Congress party was always in doubt,

Namaste,I too share your views and also add further as below.The congress takes the lead role in the UPA Government; hence I deem that to be “kartha†for the present Government in INDIA. The birth chart of this (present) Congress suggests that it under go Mars AD in Rahu MD.Under the above circumstance let me apply the axioms appearing in PALADEEPIKA and TAMIL JATHAKA ALANKAARAM with some due modifications for mundane purposes.PALADEEPIKA: The Congress party (kartha) may suffer viewing the future with anxiety or alarm / it may disintegrate / it may slip from its present position of holding the Government.TAMIL JAATHAKA ALANKARAM: The Congress (kartha) would suffer in facing its warring partners; the enemies may bring about a planned destruction to the Party resulting in their gloomy future.With regards,D.Sathiyanarayana Gupta."Narasimha P.V.R. Though there seems to be some doubt about whether UPA has enough support or not, it is my expectation that UPA will manage to stay in power through the support of old and new friends.However, next year's annual TP chart shows big problems. I expect that Congress(I) will manage to stay in power now, that elections will be held in next spring (i.e. no early elections) and that Congress(I) will lose considerable ground in the 2009 elections.Best
