Dear Lakshmi,

Namaste

 

I used 12:40PM (thinking that 00:40 would be for AM case). I suppose

that time zone is 05:30h East of GMT as per given longt. and lat.

With this I get Vrishchika Lagna in Rasi chart (24deg. 30') and

Kumbha Lagnamsa.

 

Now I am cheking both cases. I get Mina Lagnamsa with 00:40 AM. Ketu

and Mangal are candidates again. Ketu looks good this time too
