As per KP, an event will happen if DBA supports that event

through signification.

 

In this What role Ruling planets play & how.

RP is the key to pin point the timing of events.example;select RP based on RP lagna and moon . if there are many planets signifying a particular event, the Ruling Planets will

help in selecting the fruitful significators of the event.
