Here is my analysis

If 10th (One’s position in politics) sublord signifies, 10 (One’s Reputation),

3 (One’s ability), 11 (One’s reputation as a Winner) in the DBA of 3, 10, 11

one can win Election.

 Note : Here I am not considering retrogation of planet.

 For President Mahinda Rajapaksa:

10th CSL is Saturn

sat(1,6-7), in star moon(4,12), in sub of moon (4,12)

 10th CSL Saturn not signifies 10,11,3

 

For opponent:

10th CSL (10th to 7th) is jupiter
