Actually i got confused with " 10th Mars is with self strength "

because i found jupiter in the star of mars.

 

Again you are saying both at the same time.

confused mail is regretted.  However, it is seen that that you have got some confusion with the words " self strength " .

A planet is called with " self strength " or " with positional

status " , when it has no other planet in its 3 stars.  In such cases the concerned planet is supposed to be strong to

give the result of Bhavas connected to it.  In the example

President Sri Raj Paksa who is contesting against General Mr.Sarath for Presidential Eection. Mars, lord of 2 and 7th

to Libra Lagna is placed in 10th to Lubra viz. Cancer Rasi.

10th house where he is posited, to which he is star lord of

cusps (Bhavas), Sub-lords of Bhavas and also the Bhavas and Planets to which he apects.  Whether Mars is benefic

to the events or matter to which he is concerned is judged

from the sub in which he occupied.  Here Mars is in the 

sub of Rahu a node who is also with self strength.  Rahu

is placed in 3rd, one of the 3 Bhavas (3, 10, 11) required

for finding out whether the native will be successful in elevtion.  So Rahu is benefic for the event and automatically 

the planet Mars who is in the sub of Rahu is also beneficial.  You may note that in Horary Retro. position is not a problem especially when he does not come in the Dasa Bhukthi periods.  When Mars is fruitful for the event, Jupiter, who is

in the star of Mars is also benefic and his Dasa is on at the

time of election. You may see that Jupiter is also in

the sub of Mercury in 3 one of the desired houses.

Fundamental principle in K.P. system is that a planet

which is a source for event, he will give the result of his

star lord, (Jupiter in this case will give the result of Mars

viz.10th, 2 and 7th etc. (Pl. note that we are scrutinizing 

from Libra Lagna) and Libra by its aspect.  Whether such

results of Jupiter will be beneficial or not will be known from

the sub lord of Jupiter,  Juptr.'s S/L is Merc. in 3 one of the desired houses.  As such Juptr. is a benefic and fruitful

for the matter which we are examining.

Hope that this clears your doubt.  If still you have doubt,

pl. be free to write for exact clarification.

I saw your analysis and appreciate you for the same.

Actually in this case, I am unable to know what is your

confusion, as you seem to be well conversant with K.P.

Thanks for your correction.  Mars, the Lagna lord, in addition to the houses for which it is S/L/, star lord etc. shown by you, Mars is with self strength, as no other planet is in its

stars, apart from its retro. position.  Mars is star lord for 2nd, a supporting house for success, as a self strength planet..  I feel that Lagna  lord Mars has attained good strength in view of the above and also as he

is in own sub and sub-sub for Lagna.)all with self strength. 

 

As regards PP Dosha attained by important planets 10th and 11th lord Saturn and Moon in 11th is a good point,

which I already noticed and appreciate your good prediction

additionally.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.The delay on declaration and confirmation of the final result may occur due to the positioning of Sa and Mo, making a Punarpoo. In my opinion this is important in such election prediction as both  of them are the rulers of 10th as Sign Lord and Star Lord , which denotes the President/Cabinet.
