Taking about Voluntary retirement service

In New Delhi, one of the known persons to me Mr. Charan Singh has been working as a technical officer for the past 25 years under the central government. Now he wants to take voluntary retirement service (VRS) to move to private firms in and outside the country. His qualification is M.Tech in civil engineering.

 

Now he is in dilemma whether it would be beneficial for him to take VRS or not?

 

He has provided me the birth details. But I am quite unsure about the conjunction of K.P. in this regard (VRS).

 

So, I request the learned gurujis to kindly assist him to take a fine decision in this regard as he is very serious about opting for VRS.

 

His birth details are:

 

DOB: 9-SEPT-1960.

 

TOB: 12 to 2 AM (after 12’0 clock);

 

POB: Mandawar , Bijnor dist.., state : Uttar Pradesh.

 

 

Horary:

 

“Will I be taking VRS?â€

 

NO: 21.

 

It would be very nice if you can provide the detailed calculation after BTR so that we can learn from them.

Dear Shri Pavan Kumarji,

 

For retirement in service normally, significators are 5. 9. 12.

Bhavas. If it is voluntary retirement, it is his self decision in which case 1st Bhava is involved. So for voluntary retirement all the above Bhavas and their S/Ls strength

to be see.. If they indicate 2,6,10,11 it will be profitable.

If it indicates 8, such retirement will cause loss. For trying

fresh job in inland again period signifying 2, 6, 10, 11

will give him fresh job with profit. If he tries abroad job,

then the period is to signify 3, 9, 12 in addition to 2,6,10,11.

This is my opinion.
