Guest guest
Hello everyone, I would like to know how we delineate a simple position in KP, given the fact that a planet signifies many houses, and its relation with the zodiacal sign it is located in. Lets take a simple chart (9 feb 2010, 13h45 GMT, Greenwich, ASC 21°Gemini) and the western square aspect between Moon and Saturn. Saturn is located in Virgo (Hasta, Star Lord Moon) in the fourth house and rules the eighth and ninth. Moon is located in Sagittarius (Moola, Star Lord Ketu) in the sixth house and rules the second and third houses. Ketu is located Gemini in the first house and depends on Mercury, if I understand well. Saturn:= 4, 8, 9, 6, 2, 3. Moon:= 6, 2, 3, 1 (if Mercury is in 7th: 7, 4, 1?) Taking the first house signified by planets (Sat:= 4, Moo:= 6), and the fact that Saturn signifies the 8th house, one could delineate the possible death of the mother. But, then, how the sign the planets are located in, are to be taken into account? -- Thank you and best regards, Marc-Antoine
Guest guest
Dear Marc, I get these figures for - Saturn 4,8, 9 Star Lord Moon 7,2 Moon 7, 2 Star Lord Ketu 1, 7, 4, 1 (Take Saturns significators also since Saturn is aspecting Ketu) It seems Moon has shifted to the 6th Cusp since you put the figure 6 in front of the Moon .(I have not made the chart). When 4 and 8 appears together in any subperiod, then one can expect some trouble to mother. But death for mother must be considered from the 11th Cusp of Your Horoscope. Since it is the 8th from the 4th. But death is not something to be predicted or looked for, unless one is seriously ill or imparied. The Square aspect is not considered to be good in Western astrology. Though in Indian astrology it can be good or bad depending on the relationships between the two planets, and does not remain delegated to a fxed status of - Good aspect or a Bad aspect. The planets how they are to be taken in signs depends on the person studying the Horoscope. If one is interested and has the time, theres a whole lot of information one can come up with. For instance you may observe how does the Moon behave in Sagittarius first. Moon is a female planet in a Fiery sign. What does this mean ? Moon is in constellation of Ketu. What does this mean . Moon is in Mula nakshatra. What does Mula signify. Next check the house where Moon is placed. what does this placement indicate. Check the aspects of other planets on the Moon. Check the degrees of the Moon. Check the nearness of the planet Moon to the Cuspal walls. Finally check the planets situated in nakshatra of Moon. Whatever results you have delineated above, will be seen in actual, when a planet operates as the Dasha Lord with Moon as his constellation Lord. The present day Kp has just been pushed to predictions through figure work or numerology. This figure work is most important nevertheless in actually denoting what event would take place and when, but the nature how the event can shape up, and in what style, can only be observed by observing the Quadruplicities - Triplicites and the Polarities. best wishes, Bhaskar. , bereshit0007 wrote: > > Hello everyone, > > I would like to know how we delineate a simple position in KP, given the fact that a planet signifies many houses, and its relation with the zodiacal sign it is located in. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar, Read your mail to Marc... You seem to be making unwarranted and needless comments and remarks about KP, "as it is practised today"...I must say that your biggest problem is that you are unintendnigly mixing up K.P., with Traditional System and/or, comparing K.P. Dicta from the viewpoint of Traditional Astrology...which has you confused,I must point out, quite often... K.P. has recognised Trigons/Trikonas,Squares etc., and has distinct sets of houses to be considered for different matters...for purposes of analysis...for example : IV,IX & XI for education,IV,VI & XI for success in School-admission,IV,VI & XI admission to college,Xth & SUN for getting a Govt., job....III,X & XII for transfer,III,IV & XII, for a foreign assignment,III,IX & XII, for going abroad...III & XI for return of missing son,I & X,to be famous in Society,to become a politician,V & XI...and so on... I hope you will desist from any more uninformed criticism of K.P., please... With best wishes, Yogesh Lajmi. GOOD LUCK ! First of all, thank you so much, Bhaskar, for this clarification, which is of good help. Now, I had the chance to find (and just ordered) books of late professor Chandrakant Bhatt (Nakshatras Chintamani) whom is highly praised. I would like to know if these books list the houses the way they are cited above for delineation? -- Thank you and best regards, Marc-Antoine
Guest guest
Dear Marc-Antoine, Yes, the books by Mr.Chandrakant Bhatt(3 Volumes,Part I,II & III) discuss the matters being probed into/analysed,with such house groupings..and at the begining and end of each Part, these groupings are listed, though they are by no means very exhaustive, covering only commonly encountered queries... One can, during the months/years of practising K.P., or studying various books/magazines,note down such interesting House-Groupings..and store in one's Computer for further reference...whenever the need arises... With kind regards, and best wishes, Yogesh Lajmi. GOOD LUCK !
