My salient points in his kundali:

 

The Asc. sub lord Mercury ( I did not try to rectfy as the Rps at time of judgement both Mercury and Venus were present which are the star and sub of natal Asc.)

 

Mercury is in Sat star and Mer sub.

Mercury is the lord of 3 and 6 posited in 11 (Badaka)

Mercury is in the star of Sat the lord of 10 (moksha) and 11(Badaka). and Sat is in its onw star and sub posited in 7 (Maraka)

Sat aspects 2 (Maraka).

Mars the Asc. lord and lord of 8 aspect Sat which is not good

11,7 and 2 denotes the poor longevity of the native.

 

Moreover Asc. is posited inbetween the 2 malefics Mars and Rahu.

Mars in Ketu star and sub who is in 7 and also signfies 12 (venus)

Ragu in Sun star in 11(badaka)

 

If we study,

Sat is a strong signficator of 7,10,11 and aspcets 2 also (sat in its own star and sub).

 

Mars posited in the star and sub of ketu in 7. (Mars in the sub sub of sat also)

Mercury in the star of sat and in the sub of Mercury itself. Mercury posited in 11 as lord of 3 an 6.

Venus in the star of Mecury (who is in the star of Sat) and sub of sat.

Moon is in the star of Venus (12,7,2,11,6, 3) and sub of Sat.

 

Sat, Mars, Mercury, Venus and Moon are under the control of Sat who is a strong signficator of Maralka and badaka.

Mercuyr, Sat and Sun were in conjunction . Mars aspects them.

The cause of death: Electric shock: The Mars, mercury and Sat.

And Uranus in 8 aspected by lord of 8 Mars. uranus in the star of Mercury who is in 11.

Uranus with Mars cause the sudden incident of Shock and death.
