The chart is quite perfect except for few seconds. The Asc s/l exactly suits the current star at the time of judgement.

Asc SS/L suits with the star of native in his natal chart.

Then why change his time .BTR is to be done only when it is required.

Let's not deviate from the rule;at the same time let's apply it appropriately.
