For judgingphysical defects , we have to look to the 8th and 12th cusps. 8th cusp in the horoscope is the 12th house of the natural zodiac, which represents feet. Lord of the 8th and sub of the 8th isJupiter who also owns the other house Sagittarius, which signifies hip and thighs. 12thhouse of the horoscope is Cancer, whose lord Moon is posited in Capricorn which stands forknees, kneecaps and joints relating thereto. Saturn though in the 11th is very near the 12th.Saturn signifies defective limbs especially feet. I am therefore of the view that the person is physically handicapped from hip downwards.
