Step 2: 5,11th csl is rahu in venus star sat sub, sat in sun star . venus is l/o 5,10 in 2 and sun in 2 l/o 7. Step 3 : asc csl is ket in 6 in jup star and sat sub sat in sun star. You also mentioned that kethu was favorable for Panjab. That means during that time Panjab would be in favorable status. Then you also said that Venus was favorable for Bangalore. So during this sub, towards the end of the game, Bangalore would score well and win the game.Saturn happens to be the sub-lord of both 6th and 12th cusps.
