What are K.P.Rules with regard to Marak planets & Badhak Planets

Respected members,What are K.P Rules with regard to Marak & Badhak Planets.While going through BPHS,it is not easy to fix which planet is really Marak and Badhak in a chart as there are given many options in this regard besides selection of lord of either 2nd or 7th house.In the following example Mars was found Marak and death took place on 23.01.2010 during DBAS of Jupiter-Moon-Rahu-Rahu and efficacy of K.P System & K.P New Ayanamsa is proved.But it could be possible only when Mars was taken as Marak.DOB-31.07.1977,TOB-09:34:50PM(it was reported to me as 9:30PM and I rectified it as 09:34:50PM for my system),POB- Warangal, Andhra Pradesh,India,Ayanamsa-K.P.New.In this case Sub sub lord of ascendant is Mars and Native Passed away on 23.01.2010 at 2:41PM after long treatment at Houston , Texas , U.S.A. Native was addicted to

Liquor.

Lagna is Meen and Mars is Marak.From 23.01.2010 to 24.01.2010 DBAS of Jupiter-Moon- Rahu-Rahu and Pran Dasa of Rahu was running.Mars is retrograde and from natal chart Jupiter,Moon, and Rahu all are posited in constellations lord of those are Mars.As a rule Planets yield result offered by their constellation lord and it is Marak Mars which had to offer negative result like death of native.1.Sub Sub lord of ascendant is Mars.2.Maha Dasa lord Jupiter is posited in Mrigsira lord of which is Mars.3.Bhukti Dasa lord Moon is posited in Dhanishth lord of which is Mars.4.Antar Dasa lord Rahu is posited in chitra

Thanks a lot for your analysis of an astrologically interesting chart (which had short longevity) and the native died due to complications arisen out of habit of intoxication.

Kindly also consider to elicit couple of points like (a) why didn't the native live beyond 2010 (b) what are the astro combination for habit of intoxication from your esteemed perspective.
