Thakur in his book 'Jyotish Shikchha' indicate that planets give prosperity during following periods: Jupiter 16-22 Sun 22-24 Moon 24-25 Venus 25-28 Mars 28-32 Mercury 32-36 Saturn 36-42 Rahu 42-48 Ketu 48-54 He has not given any classical reference, but all the 8 volumes authored by him are based on classics only. You may have noticed that Sun and Jupiter also assigned 49 and 54th years respectively besides the years given to them in serial order. Sun is soul and Jupiter is Jeeva and as such they has special significance in the life of native. 1. Sun If Sun is week , the person will have problems on account of his ego and other relative significations represented by Sun. After 49 years , the effect of such problems will be relatively much reduced and visa vars. 2. Jupiter ,if week , the native will prosper with great difficulty upto 54 years and after 54 years his constrains in life will considerably reduced and visa vars. There are many rules are given in Jatak Shastra and Nadi literature. you may have to learn and master them from their. Heres one method from Chandra Kala Nadi which I'm sure Sunil is familiar with: If Jupiter is in the 10th house, the bhagya will come when the person is in their 26th year. See: Jupiter (16) + 10th house (10) = 26th year of age. Like this the Nadis and even BPHS is full of clues on how to time using natural years. Hope this helps.
