Lot of discussion had been done on this topic when the original treaty was signed about two years back. Overall, I am a little positive about the signing Muhurhta, It happened on Navami and during the Navaratri time of Shakti worship. This is forming a tremendous Shakti yoga potential to destroy the whole world!. This can also be used for good purpose with Saturn in 9th, Maybe this can be used to destroy poverty. Sanjay-ji not only mentioned that it would be a success, but also that it would go through turbulence in both the houses of parliaments (i.e. US and India).
