Dear Guruji,

 

 

I want to discuss extremely imp this with you. I have got an offer

from an MNC as Regional Business Development manager. But the offer

is for North India and position is in Gurgaon, India. Currently I am

working with reputed Apparel

company in bangalore( South)India. I have already resigned from

existing company. Monetarywise the offer is good and is approx 50%

Hike on my current compensation. Now there are follwoing advantages:

 

1. New company is a much bigger company.

2. It may give future opportunities outside India.

3. Its a more professioanl and systematic company.

 

Disdvantages:

1. I have to leave my father and sisters. And thats the biggest and

most tough decision. Re-locating to gurgaon means I will have to

settle down there with my wife. My father will feel bad and will be

alone. My elder sister marriage is due and mother passed away in feb

only. All those things is making me to think and dont know what to

do. 2. Cost will go up in new place.

3. I don't know whether I can live with my wife alone as we end up

fighting so much. Currently because of my father and sisters at

least we control our fights. 4. But the most imp thing is whether

this opprotunity is good for my career as i dont know whether I can

get into this company in future if I leave the offer. This year my

company in bangalore has assured and committed verbally me for a hike

and promotion by December. Currently I handle South Region Trade and

National role for Department stores. But they told me that in 6

months they would make me National sales manager. It has become a

tough decision. 5. But the bihhest thing is good company and Family

in Bangalore.Please suggest me what shall I do as I am in a total fix

and not able to make a decision. Need your

help Guruji. Need your immediate guidance as I am in a big fix and

dilemma. Actually if u see my wife is running sade satti. And i think

my sade satti is also there. Also one of the renowned astrloger -

bejan daruwalla - if u know him long back in 1999 predicted that

2010, 11 will be rough and tough on me and my family. What does that

mean? Can you pls look into my chart and comment on the same.

Especially as I am moving

away from my father and sisters to a new place its of prime

importance to understand this and find any solution/remedy. else as

per your advice The offer is good. My father is in 2 minds. But

internally I know he would feel a bit insecured and unhappy. He is

worried that family would be scattered and whether this opportunity

is potectial in future. What I can see is this a potectial

opportubity for my future. And in the meantime if his business

stabilizes in bangalore I can move back to Bangalore in a year or

two. Other if his business doesnt grow in Bangalore then after my

youger sisters marriage and younger to younger sister's studies he

can move to Gurgaon.
