1. Yes, eight nakshatra from Ardra is Hasta which is lorded by Moon,

but its dispositor is still in tenth bhava.

 

2. Yes, 27 scheme just like for father (p.79)

 

3. For marriage we use 28 scheme, so I cant comment, generally 28

scheme is for spiritual matters.
