Dear Jyotisha

An article on TP Charts of India of 1971 and 2008 are uploaded at my

website at http://srath.com/ . You can see how the standard rules and

methods of Jyotish have been used. I have not even used the special

rules for TP Charts.

Secondly, whereas we all celebrate Rama Navami on Chaitra sukla

Navami, the planet positions for Chaitra with Sun in Aries, Moon in

Pusya and tithi as Navami do not really line up very well because we

are using a more modern version of the Vedic calendar.

I beleive that some astrologers have suggested a novel method of Tithi

Pravesha where they completely ignore the Sun (sun sign) citing the

celebration of festivals on tithi's inspite of sun being in different

sign. Such celebrations are based on modern hinu calendar.

If a person is born is adhika masa then as per their statement, the

person shall have Tithi pravesh once in three years or so when there

is an adhika masa! When you make new rules discarding old and time

tested ones, you are advised to think of all pro's and con's before

suggesting it. I believe that the Jagannath Hora 7.03 has this another

novel method of TP in it.

My suggestion: Have one standard Jagannath Hora software and another

Jagannath Research software where you throw in everything you are testing.

Best Wishes

Sanjay Rath
