Multiple sites in the Indian city of Mumbai were attackedwith bombs and gunfire in a coordinated terror attack on November 26, 2008. On November 28, the death toll had risen to over 160,including at least 22 foreigners. Over 300 injuries have been reported. When the rampage began, gunmen opened fire at severallocations throughout the city, including a crowded train station, a popularrestaurant and several luxury hotels. The terrorists apparently sought victims with British orAmerican passports.
