Parivartana and remedy

Hi all,

 

I have one confusion here. Do we swap the remedy for planets in case

of parivartana ? Say if there is a parivartna in planet x and y than

if we are to remedy 'y' than do we prescribe remedy for 'x'.

 

What sort of remedy are swapped, I heard here that Mahavidya remedies

are swapped. Do we swap jyotirlinga remedies also. Like to cure planet

'x' do we give jyotirlinga mantra for planet 'y'.

 

Likewise are gemstone remedies also swapped ?
