Guest guest
Dear Sanjayji, Please can you indicate the bijas for the 7 saptarshi groups. Table on Pg. 141 mentions strIM as bija for Angiras group, while pg. 155 (wrt Sri Krishna's chart) mentions the bija for Angiras- Jupiter as AUM under Sri Krishna's Abhisheka Nakshatra Krittika. AUM is also mentioned on the same page as belonging to Angiras group under the heading " adhana nakshatra " wrt the same chart. May be there is a misprint somewhere. Kindly help to correct us. Many thanx and Best Regards, SS
Guest guest
om paramesthi gurave namah Dear SS There can be no fixed rule in this and thats why I have opened the mind of the reader in suggesting the beginning striM as the shakti of Angiraasa-Brihaspati (Tara) and then gone further to show the OM as the bija for the devata of Rohini Brahma. So the creation sound from Rohini is *om hriM kliM striM* as per the Shiva Samhita...or maybe this is so for all beings created. Guest guest
Dear Sanjayji, Many thanx for responding to the query. 1. I think i also made a mistake in overlooking the mention of OM in the " Devata " row for Angiras Group in the table. 2. Did you mean *om aiM kliM striM* as that is the mantra mentioned in Shiva Samhita.. Guest guest
Jaya Jagannatha Dear SS, Namaste As far as I can see, the AUM and auM relationships are quite different in your query posed in the examples on the two pages you've given. One relates to the manasa putra of BrahmA and pg 155 talks about an Avatara. love, Swee On 9 Feb 2009, at 15:43, Soul Sadhak wrote: > Dear Swee, > > Thank you, i am aware of these meanings, but how does that relate to > my query of bijas and Saptarshi or Shiva Samhita mantra? > > Best regards, > SS > > > sohamsa , Swee Chan <swee wrote: >> >> Jaya Jagannatha >> >> Dear SS, >> Namaste >> >> aim - sarasvati >> shrim - lakshmi >> hrim - pranava (the female equivalent of om) >> strim - related to Tara >> >> love, >> >> Swee >> >> On 9 Feb 2009, at 11:43, Soul Sadhak wrote: >> >>> Dear Sanjayji, >>> >>> >>> Many thanx for responding to the query. >>> >>> 1. Guest guest
Dear Swee, Thanx again, but i dont get the point regarding explaination about the bijas other than AUM and auM (and may be OM - pg 141) that form the crux of the query :-) As far as I could read from the book, 1. pg 141 mentions " OM " in Devatas for Angiras group, 2. pg 141 mentions " aum " as bija for Atri group 3. pg 155 mentions " AUM " as bija associated with Angiras in 28 nakshatra scheme 4. pg 155 mentions " aum " as bija for Angiras group. The M and m in the latter 3 are marked (in the book) with a chandrabindu. Looking forward to an explaination about which & #2384; is which one. May be you can also enlighten me on AUM/aum/OM wrt which one of these is referred to by Sanjayji below or in Shiva Samhita.
