Will Guru cause an HAVOC in Souramana year Virodhi -2009/2010 ?

Namaste, Guru / Jupiter is going to loiter in three zodiacal signs during the

Souramana / {Chandramana (Amantha / Pournamantha)} Virodhi year

i.e.,Guru in Capricorn from 13th April 2009 moves to Aquarius on 1st

May 2009 from where again to Capricorn on 30th July 2009 and then again

to Aquarius on 19th December 2009.In the Mukurtha sasthra Kaalavidhanam sloka 463 it is said that during a given Souramana / Chandramana year if Guru traverses THREE zodiacal signs, it may give a cause to raise deaths - SEVEN CRORE(70 million) HUMEN LIVES.
