Please help - My Fathers business problem

Hi All Learned Members,

 

My Father gave a guarantee to his friend's business and pledged our

house to raise the capital. His friend was supposed to pay the loan

back and give back our house papers after 5 years. It was fine for

about 5-6 years, without my dads consent, his friend got the loan

amount raised considerably (with the help of some corrupt bank

executives)and after that he stopped paying the loan amount back to

bank.

 

Bank gave couple of notices to my dad for the repayment. My dad

approached the bank pleading his innocense of the loan amount

revisal, but no use. cosnuslted couple of lawyers for legal advice,

and also approached ombudsman and bank trubunal. from the sources we

heard that the bank executive has managed to suppress the matter from

moving forward.

 

My dad is extremely concerned about the loss he may have to incur and

this is affecting his health for last 7-8 years as this case is not

going anywhere. Can you please look into his birth details and

suggest any remedy to overcome this problem?
